The purchased products will be delivered by Camping-Life to a courier, who will in turn deliver them to the address indicated by the Customer unless collection by hand at our office is requested.
Each shipment contains exclusively the ordered goods, receipt or invoice are sent in electronic format to the email address specified during registration and to the tax drawer of users with VAT number.
Camping-Life pursuant to art.22, paragraph 1, n.1, of the VAT Decree 633/72 which allows the seller during mail order sales not to send any tax document, recording the sales in the fees, sends to the private user exclusively Non-Fiscal Receipt, and only if the user requests it at the same time as the order will he send an Accompanying Invoice, for users with a VAT number an Accompanying Invoice will be sent.
The goods travel at the risk of the customer, who becomes their owner upon delivery of the package to the courier. Damaged, uninsured shipments will be reimbursed by the courier in accordance with the law (€1 per kg). Shipments where insurance has been requested optional insurance, they will be unquestionably and at our discretion replaced or refunded for the value of the damaged material or for a part where the customer decides to accept the damaged product anyway, the customer has 7 days from delivery to notify us of any transport damage, after 7 days no complaints will be accepted, if a specific reserve is not placed on the coupon or on the courier's PDA at the time of collection, if the package is damaged it will in no way be possible to claim the optional insurance.
Product deliveries will take place on all working days. The delivery of the Products by Camping-Life may be split, without this entailing any liability for Camping-Life.it, in the case of split shipments on delivery, the entire amount of the order will be paid to the courier on the first shipment, nothing else will therefore be due for subsequent shipments.
Camping-Life uses for the delivery of products:
SDA, Poste Italiane, GLS, BRT, FEDEX, TNT and others and is free to use or replace the courier with the most suitable one at its sole discretion.
The couriers used normally do not make preventive telephone calls nor handle requests for shipments at particular times. Indicatively, without this entailing any constraints for Camping-Life and subject to the availability of the products on the market and in stock as well as any causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered by Camping-Life to the courier within 48 hours, starting from the first working day useful after the date of receipt of the order in the case of payment by credit card, PayPal, Satispay or payment by cash on delivery to the courier, within 48 hours of receiving payment on current account in the case of payment by bank transfer.
Orders will only be processed with fully available goods.
If the customer wishes to receive the available goods immediately and postpone the delivery of the unavailable or reserved Products to a later time, he must opt for double shipping by indicating his desire in the order notes, with clear double shipping being charged.
If a "Free shipping" promotion is active, the second shipment will still be paid by the customer.

Delivery times and related costs depend on the shipping methods and the chosen carrier:

Express courier SDA/GLS/FEDEX/TNT (only for delivery in Italy): 1-3 working days (2-4 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia).

BRT express courier (only for delivery in Italy): 1-3 working days (2-4 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia).

Camping-Life carries out shipments within the EU free movement of goods area (5-15 days) and outside the EU.

In the case of shipments outside the EU, delivery times depend almost exclusively on customs times and can reach up to 60 days.

The cash on delivery service involves an additional cost which varies according to the carrier chosen.
During "Free shipping" promotions Camping-Life reserves the right to choose the shipping method.
The Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet.
Only after this verification will the Customer have to accept the delivery, after which he will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered to him in relation to the order placed. However, if there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, or there is damage, according to the methods mentioned above, the customer will still have to accept the goods and raise the dispute directly with the carrier by adding the words "Collect with reserve damaged package" after which send an email to vendite@camping-life.it

The prices displayed on camping-life.it include VAT. including, all images shown on the site are to be considered illustrative and therefore non-binding, the product may therefore show slight differences linked to changes or updates applied by the supplier.

In the event of changes in the price of the items due to errors or unexpected changes in the supplier price lists, Camping-Life.it may reserve the right to cancel the order, even if it has already been paid for, in this case we will contact you within 2-3 days to agree on how to proceed (issuing a full refund, changing the order with a balance or refunding the difference depending on the change requested).

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed and in any case until the goods are sold out.
We also reserve the right to vary the conditions of sale at any time.

Products purchased through Camping-Life are subject to the trade regulations of the Italian Republic, which provides for a statutory warranty period of 2 calendar years for private individuals, 1 calendar year for companies.
This guarantee will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its destination and as provided in any technical documentation. , with observance of the various operating rules indicated therein.
However, the aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, connection of the purchased product to electrical systems or any other type of non-compliant connection. The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for traders, resellers, etc.
Any malfunction of the products must be reported in writing by the customer within the legal deadline at the time of reshipping the defective product, which must be previously agreed with customer care vendite@camping-life.it .
Camping-Life reserves the right to verify the actual defect reported by the customer and to carry out the replacement only after this check.
The request will be processed only if the following documents are present in the returned package: Receipt, purchase receipt or invoice, copy of the email authorizing the return of defective goods issued by our staff.
The costs of returning the goods to the sender remain the responsibility of the Customer. In specific cases we can agree to the costs paid by us for SHIPPING ERRORS, NON-COMPLIANT GOODS. In all cases, the costs of returning goods are borne by the customer if the RMA request is sent after 14 days from receipt of the package.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to and within the limits of the mail order regulations of the Italian Republic, within 14 working days of receipt of the requested goods, the customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right applies to all products contained on the Camping-Life.it site, with the strict exclusion of products delivered sealed and subsequently opened by the Customer (liquids, chemicals, etc.), all items not immediately available do not fall within the right of withdrawal. in stock and therefore ordered from our Supplier exclusively for the specific Customer, as well as items not present on the site ordered specifically from our Supplier.
Again pursuant to the regulations on mail order trade of the Italian Republic, it is specified that the right of withdrawal is exclusively reserved for customers definable as "consumers", i.e. only for natural persons who purchase the products for their own use and act for purposes not related to the professional activity possibly carried out, therefore excluding traders, retailers, professionals, etc.
Methods for exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, within 14 working days, a registered letter with return receipt, or also telegram or telex communication, confirmed by registered mail within the following 48 hours, to the following address:

Camping-Life will proceed with the transmission of the credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped within fourteen working days following the shipment of the goods by the customer and in any case not before receiving the goods.
This operation will be carried out through the credit institution issuing the card used or by crediting the bank, Pay-Pal or Satispay account indicated by the Customer.
The costs of returning the goods to the sender and the €10 return management fee remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Camping-Life will consequently reject any product returned unpackaged or in any case in ways other than those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not already been paid in full by the Customer.
Camping-Life will reject any product if the return costs have not already been paid in full by the customer; or the methods and times established by law for communicating the exercise of withdrawal have not been respected; or in the event that the product has not been packaged with original packaging, or is not complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
Products returned with open packaging, or which by their nature, once removed from the packaging, cannot be resold as a new product (for example camper or caravan covers, etc.), will be refunded with a depreciation of 20% on the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products sold by the meter and therefore cut to size (thermal fabrics, gaskets, etc.) or in any case personalized or modified at the customer's request.

Camping-Life by Ferrari Alberto pursuant to current legislation on the matter and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, communicates to its customers that:

the personal data provided by them at the time of signing the purchase order and/or filling out the invoice are excluded from the consent of the interested party as they are collected and held solely on the basis of the fiscal/tax obligations established by law, regulations and community legislation and, in any case, for the sole purpose of allowing the exact execution of the obligations deriving from the purchase contract of which the customer is an interested party and/or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual information always and exclusively activated at the request of this 'last.

We undertake to adapt the aforementioned measures in accordance with what is established by subsequent legislative amendments, as well as in relation to the technical evolution of the sector and the experience gained.
