INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1) Double cup IGT filter for systems
LPG. The filter is equipped with a touch-up valve
and a built-in purge valve that
allow liquids to be safely drained
of oil/gas during gas consumption in the
installation process.
2) To drain gas/oil residues from
filter. Unscrew the bleed valve nut
- rotate it 5 times until it is
the bleed opening is visible. After 2 laps the
internal non-return valve closes and
seals the high pressure in the upper sump
and in the gas system - if after 5 turns yes
sees the opening, the high pressure volume
of the lower sump is bled. Use
a cloth to absorb the liquid oil that
comes out.
3) Unscrew the lower cup with the wrench.
4) Empty and clean the lower cup
oil residues. Dispose of oil residues
complying with regulations
in force. Attention, the contents have a smell
characteristic of gas. Don't get close with
open flames, cigarettes etc. since the residues
of gases are highly flammable.
5) After cleaning, reassemble as follows
the reverse order and add the cup
lower than the filter unit, tighten with
a key to ensure a perfect seal
of the gas.
6) Tighten the bleed valve with the wrench, for example
seal the bottom compartment. After 3 laps, the
internal non-return valve opens towards the
upper sump and new oil can be
discharged into the lower sump. IGT recommends
to empty the lower cup 1-2 times a year
conditions of normal use. If the quality of
gas is low, it may be necessary to carry out the
drainage more often.
The upper filter unit can only be unscrewed
after emptying the gas system. After
unscrewed the upper cup with a wrench, the filter
can be removed and cleaned with compressed air
and then be reused. We recommend entrusting
