SMARTCHARGER
SMARTCHARGER is a line of advanced battery chargers, equipped with
an advanced microprocessor, to meet the daily needs of applications
such as boating, motorcycles, cars, etc.
Depending on the model, it performs up to 9 charging steps; the
various phases include diagnosis, which checks whether the battery
is able to accept and maintain the charge, desulfation, which helps
to
keep the plates clean from sulphate, extending the life of the
batteries, and the latest-generation maintenance phase that keeps
the battery at 95-100% of its capacity, supplying current when the
battery begins to discharge, so as not to "stress" it during long
charging periods.
(E.g. maintenance of motorcycle batteries during the winter
period).
